Mr. Beerling gave his daughter in marriage, and for her gown she chose white satin with hoop skirt and stand-up collar with a seed pearl choker.  Her fingertip veil of nylon illusion fell from a satin crown trimmed with pearls, and she carried a bouquet of stephanotis and a white orchid.

Maid of Honor, Jennie Mardesich, wore hoop skirted gold satin with a fitted jacket and a Victorian bouquet of spider and baby chrysanthemums in deep autum shades.  Bridal attendants, Mrs. Frank J. Watte, Misses Louise Ziegler, Lavada Moudy, and Mary Beerling were in moss green satin styled like the maid of honor’s, and carried lighter shades of yellow and gold chrysanthemums.  Sally Jo Kopylko was flower girls and Michael Brooks was ring bearer.

Albert Watte served as best man, and escorting guests to their seats were Messrs. Frank J. Watte, Omer P. Watte, William M. Beerling and Albert Braud.

A reception at Ocean Terrace, 1800 E. Ocean Blvd., followed the ceremony with Mrs. Omer P. Watte in charge of the guest book and Mmes. George A. Mitchell and H.C. Beerling assisting.
